Eight modules, 112 lessons and about 20 hours of video. Every lesson carries a written summary, notes and a key-takeaways panel, about half carry an interactive step, and there are eight checkpoints of eight questions and a final assessment of twenty questions at 80 per cent, which is what issues the certificate. Modules 1 to 5 teach the editor in order, and modules 6 to 8 are 51 short effect recipes, one effect each.

Filmora is paid software from Wondershare with a free trial, so check their current terms before you start. If the cost is a blocker, our DaVinci Resolve course teaches editing in a free tool.

Filmora for social video, marketing content and small client jobs, where getting to a finished video quickly matters most. Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve if you're aiming at broadcast, agency or film work, and we teach both. The editing decisions you learn here carry over to either.

Either. Filmora runs on both, and the lessons are recorded on Windows, so on a Mac you follow along with Command doing what Control does.

Yes. Pass the twenty-question final assessment at 80 per cent and you get an OBA certificate of completion that an employer can verify online. It isn't a Wondershare certification. A reel of edits and effects you filmed yourself is the other half of the proof.
