The short version
Your course starts the moment you pay. By pressing Enrol now you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that the 14-day right to cancel ends once it begins, so we don't offer refunds for a change of mind. If a course is faulty or not as described, your statutory rights apply and we'll put it right. Email support@oba.uk.
Instant access and your right to cancel
When you buy digital content in the UK, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 normally give you 14 days to cancel. That right ends once your access begins, provided you asked for access to start straight away and acknowledged that you would lose the right.
Our checkout says this directly beside the Enrol now button, and pressing it is your request for immediate access and your acknowledgement that the right to cancel then ends. Your course opens straight away, and your receipt records the request with the date and time you made it.
Changing your mind
Because your course starts the moment you pay, we don't offer refunds if you simply change your mind. If you're not sure a course is right for you, download the free info pack before you enrol. It sets out every module and exactly what you'll get, so you can decide with the full picture.
Lifetime access also means there is no rush. If life gets busy, your course is there whenever you are ready to come back to it.
If something is wrong
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a course isn't, tell us and we'll fix it. If we can't, you're entitled to a refund, in full or in part depending on the problem.
How to raise a problem
Email support@oba.uk with your order number and a short description of what's wrong. We confirm every request within 1 working day.
Timescales
If a refund is due, the rest runs on a predictable clock. Your access to the refunded course ends when the refund is processed.
- We process the refund within 2 working days.
- Your bank typically takes a further 3-5 working days to show the money in your account.
- Refunds go back to the payment method you used for the order.
Bundles
A bundle is one product, bought and accessed as a whole. If a course inside a bundle is faulty or not as described, we deal with that course and adjust any refund to match.
If you are not sure a bundle is right for you, enrol on the single course you need first. You can always come back for the rest.
Exceptional circumstances
We are human. If something exceptional has happened, email us and we will look at it case by case. Sometimes the right answer is a swap to a course that fits your goal better.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where this policy and those rights differ, your rights win.
