Your course opens the moment you pay. By pressing Enrol now you ask for access to start straight away, and the 14-day cancellation period for digital content ends when it does. Your rights if a course is faulty or not as described are unaffected.
What the law says
When you buy digital content in the UK, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 normally give you 14 days to cancel. That right ends once your access begins, provided you asked for access to start straight away and acknowledged that you'd lose the right.
How Enrol now works
The statement sits directly under the Enrol now button (2): "By enrolling you agree to our terms and refund policy. Your course starts straight away, so the 14-day cancellation period for digital content ends when your access begins."
Pressing Enrol now (1) is your request for immediate access and your acknowledgement that the right to cancel then ends. We record it with your payment, with the date and time, and your receipt email repeats it.
Your access begins as soon as your payment succeeds, so the cancellation period ends then, whether or not you've opened a lesson yet.

- Number 1: Enrol now pays for the course and opens it.
- Number 2: The statement under the button: by enrolling you ask for access straight away.
Be sure before you buy
Because there's no change-of-mind refund and no free preview lessons, it's worth being sure first. The free info pack sets out every module and exactly what you'll get, so you can decide with the full picture.
Not sure about a bundle? Buy the single course you need first and come back for the rest later. Or call 0800 060 8823 (Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm UK time): a course advisor will talk it through, and tell you if a different course fits your goal better.
What you're still entitled to
Nothing here affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 a course must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If it isn't, we'll fix it, and if we can't, you're entitled to a refund in full or in part. How do I get a refund? explains how to ask.
And with lifetime access there is no rush: your course is there whenever you are ready.
