Office & productivity courses
Bundle · Best value3 coursesThis Microsoft Office training takes you through the three apps nearly every office runs on: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You'll build documents that format themselves, spreadsheets with formulas you can explain and presentations people actually follow, then run a mail merge, chart the answer from a table of figures and draft a deck with AI. Three courses and three certificates, at your own pace.
Bundle overview
Each course takes one app all the way. The Certificate in Microsoft Word fixes the habits behind most formatting trouble, then builds styles, long documents, templates, forms and mail merge in short, illustrated lessons you do as you go. The Certificate in Microsoft Excel starts at the first cell and builds up to lookups, dynamic arrays and charts. The Certificate in Microsoft PowerPoint covers design, animation, interactive decks, video and AI.
By the end you can turn out a report, a spreadsheet and a presentation that look like they came from someone who knows the software, which is what being good with Microsoft Office actually means at work. It suits beginners, returners and everyday users who have always got by and want to learn the three apps properly.

Word, Excel and PowerPoint turn up in admin, assistant and office job adverts alike, and 'good with Microsoft Office' is easy to claim. Three certificates employers can check online, plus the documents, workbooks and decks you built, show what yours means.

If you only need one of the three, take that course on its own: Microsoft Word for documents, Microsoft Excel for numbers or Microsoft PowerPoint for slides. If spreadsheets are the job, the Microsoft Excel Bundle goes much further into Excel. And if your team works in Google's free tools, Google Docs, Sheets & Slides fits better.
A course advisor will talk it through with you free, and will say so if a different course fits your goal better.
Good to know
Three courses: the Certificate in Microsoft Word (12 modules and 75 short, illustrated lessons with no video, about 10 hours), the Certificate in Microsoft Excel (10 modules, 96 lessons, about 14 hours of video) and the Certificate in Microsoft PowerPoint (11 modules, 130 lessons, about 48 hours of video). Every module ends in a checkpoint, and each course finishes with a final assessment that issues its certificate.
Whichever app you use most at work, because the three don't depend on each other. If you're not sure, start with Word, then Excel, then PowerPoint: Word's mail merge uses a simple Excel list, and the Excel course makes that list easy. All three are open from the day you enrol and everything is self-paced.
Yes, three: one for each course, issued when you pass its final assessment at 80 per cent and verifiable online. There's no separate bundle certificate. They're OBA certificates of completion, not Microsoft Office Specialist certifications, and the documents, workbooks and decks you build are the other half of the proof.
For the whole bundle, yes: a Microsoft 365 plan with the desktop apps, or a one-off licence, covers all three. Microsoft's free web versions carry you a good way, through the early Word modules, most of the Excel course and much of PowerPoint, but mail merge, forms, video export and saving a template need the desktop apps.
The Office Bundle if you want all three everyday apps done properly. The Excel Bundle if spreadsheets are the main part of your job: it keeps the Microsoft Excel course and adds advanced Excel and Excel for Data Analysis, so it goes much further into Excel and leaves Word and PowerPoint out.
Compare before you enrol. The bundle price includes all three courses, the one you already have among them, and nothing comes off for it. Price up the two you are missing on their own pages: with one course owned, the two on their own can come out cheaper than the bundle.
Either will do. The Word lessons show Word for Windows and say where the Mac differs, and Excel and PowerPoint work on both, with a few menus in different places on a Mac. Sending an email merge from Word on a Mac needs a default email program set up first.
Yes. One price covers all three courses, and it's less than their prices added together; the page shows exactly what you save. You pay once and keep every course for life.
